2-4business days after payment. we will send the order to you (not include customized goods and special goods ). JewelryODM guarantees you will get the tracking number and information on the website. At Jewelryodm.com we work very hard to fulfill all orders, however, we do not guarantee the availability of all the goods or in time delivery.
9.Return Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at JewelryODM, which is the reason why we offer a straight-forward 7 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (minus any shipping or packaging charges) or an exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be returned unworn and unwashed.
- The item being returned must have the jewelry tag attached.
- Customized items (including customized size, customized color) will not be accepted for refund.
- Replacements will not be refunded.
