1.SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs will vary depending on the method you choose and the destination country. Once you proceed to checkout, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed in your cart for you to review before finalizing your purchase.

2.DELIVERY TIME

The dispatch time for orders will depend on the availability of stock. If the items are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 3 working days. However, if the items are out of stock, it may take up to 10 working days before your order is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time will vary depending on the selected courier, typically ranging from 3 to 15 working days for your order to reach your doorstep. Tracking numbers for all shipments will be provided within 1 working day of your order being dispatched, allowing you to track your package during transit.

3.COURIERS

We offer shipping for all orders through UPS/DHL with tracking included. For some countries, we also have the option for Airmail. During checkout, you can select your preferred courier for delivery.

4.IMPORT DUTIES AND TAX

Please note that all orders are potentially subject to import taxes and duties. Kindly be advised that we do not handle the collection of payment for import taxes or duties on our website, nor are these costs included in the product price or shipping fees. Any charges related to import taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
