1.Return Policy

1.1 ODM ORDER

  • (a) You notify us that you would like to return the products within 5 working days of receiving your order.
  • (b) You ship the products back to us within 3 working days of receiving a confirmation email with the return address.
  • (c) The returned products is unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition that would allow us to sell the products again.
  • (d) You comply with the procedure set out in this policy concerning the return of the products.
  • Please note that this general return policy applies to all non-custom orders. For custom orders and special cases, please refer to the specific return policy outlined for those types of orders.

1.2 OEM ORDER

  • Typically, OEM orders are considered custom-made or personalized products that are produced specifically for the OEM customer and may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • If there are any issues with an OEM order, we recommend contacting our customer service team to discuss the situation and explore potential solutions. We strive to provide excellent customer service and will work with the OEM customer to address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Notes:

1) We do not accept returned items that have been returned without proper return requests.

2) We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. The cost of the return (shipping and customs fees) must be borne by you.

3) Be sure to double check your returns before shipping them. We are not responsible for the return of products other than jewelry.

4) The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returns. We will only pay for return postage for the products which are faulty or sent in error.

2.Refunds

-Refunds will be issued for the price paid for returned products as per our policy.

-Original delivery charges and import/duty taxes will not be refunded.

-Costs incurred in returning the products to us will not be refunded unless the products are faulty or sent in error.

-Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

-A 20% restocking fee will apply, except for defective products.

-Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned products.

-Products returned in contravention of this policy will not be refunded or exchanged.

3.Return Conditions

-You have 7 days to decide whether these items are needed. If you would like to return the item, please contact us within 7 days after you signed the parcel.

-The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, underwear.

-Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

-Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

-Damage, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: if such items are not reported in time, we will not issue store credit.) Please contact your Customer Manager.

-We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.

-We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.The return cost must be borne by yourself
